Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);
  • Custom-made products (including special orders and personalised items);
  • Personal care products (such as beauty products);
  • Hazardous materials;
  • Flammable liquids;
  • Gases.

If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us before requesting a return.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items;
  • Gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to return the original item.

Once your return has been approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD FOR EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify for a return under this right, the item must be:

  • Unused;
  • Unworn;
  • In its original condition;
  • Returned with all tags attached;
  • Returned in its original packaging.

You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within ten (10) business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
